Renton Lake House

This 1990s built home, situated on the northwest edge of Spring Lake underwent a total interior renovation. The redesigned main floor kitchen included custom maple cabinetry, solid surface countertops, back-splash tile and the addition of a large island with lots of seating. The main floor living room which was originally a sunken style, was brought to level with the rest of the room and received all new hardwood flooring. The upstairs bathroom and bedroom received total make overs as did the lower level living room and its adjacent kitchen. A previously and seldom used storage room was converted into a beautiful and functional wine room.
