Magnolia Custom Home

Construction of this beautiful custom home, nestled appropriately on the hillside above Puget Sound with a stunning view of the Olympic Mountains, was the goal of the homeowners when they initially purchased a dilapidated house on an amazing lot in Magnolia. The greatest challenge was to fit the new house within the footprint of what was grandfathered in by the original house and what could be built on the steep slope. It took several years of design and engineering, several years of permitting, and a year and a half of construction to realize their vision. The result is everything they dreamed.
