Cafe’ uu

Originally built in 1949, this brick building located in the heart of downtown Everett, Washington is now the home of cafe uu and Sunrice wholesale. The build out included the front of house dining area, the adjacent front of house kitchen and a back of house kitchen. The completed restoration of the entire building included several structural upgrades, restoration of many of the wood and brick elements of the building, and the use of reclaimed construction materials throughout.
